CarSaudi is an online automotive platform intended to help users discover, browse, compare, and enquire about cars and vehicles in Saudi Arabia.

The platform may allow vehicle owners, dealerships, showrooms, brokers, dealers, and other authorised advertisers to publish vehicle listings and related information.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, CarSaudi acts as a technology and advertising platform and does not itself:

• own the vehicles advertised on the platform;
• act as the buyer, seller, or renter in a vehicle transaction;
• guarantee that a vehicle is available, legally authorised, accurately described, or suitable for a particular user;
• independently verify every statement, document, image, price, mileage, or other detail provided by an advertiser;
• negotiate or conclude vehicle transactions on behalf of users or advertisers; or
• provide legal, financial, mechanical inspection, valuation, or other professional advice.

Any purchase, sale, lease, rental, or other transaction relating to a vehicle listed on CarSaudi is entered into directly between the relevant parties unless CarSaudi expressly states otherwise in writing.

By using CarSaudi, you confirm that:

1. you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms;
2. the information you provide to us is accurate and not misleading;
3. you will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations;
4. you will use the platform only for lawful purposes; and
5. you will not use the platform in a manner that could damage CarSaudi, its users, advertisers, systems, reputation, or services.

If you access CarSaudi on behalf of a company, agency, developer, or other organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

Certain features may require you to create an account.

You agree to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information when registering or using your account.

You are responsible for:

• keeping your account information accurate;
• maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials;
• protecting your password and other authentication information;
• all activity occurring through your account; and
• notifying us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.

You must not create an account using another person's identity, use misleading information, impersonate another person or organisation, or create accounts for fraudulent or abusive purposes.

We may refuse registration, suspend an account, restrict access, or terminate an account where we reasonably believe that the account violates these Terms, applicable law, platform policies, or the security or integrity of CarSaudi.

When using CarSaudi, you agree to:

• provide truthful and accurate information;
• communicate respectfully with other users;
• use vehicle information only for legitimate purposes;
• verify important vehicle information independently before entering into any transaction;
• respect the privacy, intellectual property, and other rights of third parties; and
• comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

You are solely responsible for decisions you make based on information obtained through the platform.

CarSaudi does not guarantee that information displayed on the platform is complete, current, accurate, or suitable for your particular circumstances.

Vehicle listings may be submitted by vehicle owners, dealerships, showrooms, car rental agencies, private sellers, or other authorised parties.

Each advertiser is solely responsible for ensuring that a listing:

• describes the actual vehicle being advertised;
• contains accurate and current information;
• states the correct vehicle make, model, body type, and location;
• contains an accurate asking price or rental price where applicable;
• uses genuine and relevant photographs, videos, inspection reports, and other media;
• accurately represents the vehicle's condition, mileage, specifications, features, availability, and options;
• does not contain false, misleading, deceptive, or incomplete information;
• is published in the correct category and location;
• is not duplicated unnecessarily;
• is not used to advertise a vehicle that the advertiser is not authorised to market or sell; and
• complies with all applicable legal, regulatory, licensing, and advertising requirements.

Advertisers must promptly update, deactivate, or remove listings that are no longer available, materially inaccurate, or otherwise no longer valid.

By submitting a vehicle listing to CarSaudi, the advertiser represents and warrants that they have the necessary rights, permissions, authority, licences, approvals, or other legal basis required to advertise that vehicle.

Where applicable, advertisers may be required to provide supporting documents or information to verify their identity, business, dealership, authority, or vehicle listing.

CarSaudi may request additional information or documentation at any time.

Verification by CarSaudi, where provided, should not be interpreted as a guarantee of the vehicle, transaction, title, ownership, legal status, value, condition, availability, or suitability of the vehicle.

A verified badge, account status, or other platform designation does not constitute government certification, regulatory approval, legal advice, or a guarantee of the advertiser or vehicle unless expressly stated otherwise.

Advertisers must ensure that all information submitted to CarSaudi is truthful, complete, and not misleading.

Listings must not:

• advertise non-existent vehicles;
• contain deliberately inaccurate prices or availability;
• use misleading photographs or media;
• use photographs belonging to another vehicle without permission;
• contain fraudulent or bait advertising;
• impersonate another owner, agency, company, developer, or person;
• contain offensive, unlawful, discriminatory, defamatory, or abusive material;
• contain irrelevant promotional material unrelated to the listed vehicle;
• falsely claim government approval, certification, ownership, authorisation, or affiliation;
• unlawfully use government names, logos, brands, trademarks, or official insignia;
• contain malicious links, harmful files, malware, or other harmful content; or
• otherwise violate applicable laws, regulations, or these Terms.

CarSaudi reserves the right to review, reject, edit for formatting or compliance, suspend, unpublish, or permanently remove any listing that we believe may violate these Terms or create legal, safety, quality, or reputational concerns.

Vehicle information displayed on CarSaudi may include information provided by advertisers, users, third-party providers, publicly available sources, mapping services, or automated systems.

Information may include, among other things:

• vehicle prices;
• rental prices;
• vehicle specifications, mileage, or options;
• locations;
• photographs;
• floor plans;
• amenities;
• mileage, condition, transmission, and fuel type;
• availability;
• completion dates;
• project information;
• building specifications; and
• descriptions of neighbourhoods or surrounding areas.

Such information may change without notice.

Users should independently verify all material information before making a purchase, rental, investment, payment, or other decision.

Where appropriate, users should obtain professional legal, financial, valuation, or mechanical inspection advice before entering into a transaction.

CarSaudi is not a party to transactions between users and advertisers unless expressly stated otherwise.

Any negotiation, viewing, booking, reservation, lease, purchase, sale, payment, deposit, commission, refund, handover, documentation, or other transaction is solely between the relevant parties.

CarSaudi is not responsible for:

• the conduct or behaviour of buyers, sellers, dealerships, showrooms, or other advertisers;
• the mechanical condition, mileage, or quality of a vehicle;
• title, registration (Istimara), ownership transfer, or legal rights relating to a vehicle;
• the accuracy of documents provided by third parties;
• the ability of any party to complete a transaction;
• payment disputes between parties;
• failure to disclose vehicle defects, past accidents, chassis damage, or mechanical issues;
• changes in price or availability;
• cancellation of a transaction;
• fraud committed by another party; or
• any loss arising from a transaction between users.

Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before committing to a transaction.

CarSaudi may provide communication tools such as enquiry forms, telephone actions, messaging, email, WhatsApp links, contact requests, or other communication methods.

When you submit an enquiry, your information may be shared with the relevant advertiser or service provider so that they can respond to your enquiry.

CarSaudi does not guarantee:

• that an advertiser will respond;
• the accuracy of the response;
• the identity or authority of the person responding;
• the availability of the vehicle;
• the quality of the service provided by the advertiser; or
• the outcome of any communication or subsequent transaction.

You are responsible for exercising appropriate caution when communicating or sharing information with third parties.

CarSaudi may offer paid services to advertisers or commercial users, including but not limited to:

• vehicle listing packages;
• featured or promoted listings;
• subscription plans;
• advertising placements;
• premium visibility;
• lead-generation services;
• dealer or agency services;
• campaign services;
• credits or usage-based services; and
• other commercial products.

The applicable price, duration, limits, benefits, renewal terms, and other conditions will be presented at the time of purchase or in a separate commercial agreement.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, payment for a service does not guarantee:

• a sale or rental;
• a minimum number of enquiries;
• a minimum number of leads;
• a particular search position;
• a particular number of impressions or views;
• a specific response rate; or
• a particular commercial result.

Where paid services are offered, all applicable fees must be paid in the manner and within the time specified by CarSaudi.

Fees may be subject to applicable taxes, transaction charges, or other mandatory charges.

Refunds, credits, cancellations, and subscription changes will be governed by the terms displayed at the time of purchase, the applicable package terms, and any mandatory rights provided by applicable law.

Unless otherwise stated, activation or commencement of a paid service may affect eligibility for cancellation or refund.

CarSaudi may suspend paid services where payment is overdue, disputed fraudulently, reversed without valid reason, or associated with abusive or unlawful activity.

CarSaudi may provide featured, promoted, sponsored, or otherwise enhanced listings.

A paid or featured listing may receive additional visibility but does not guarantee:

• a specific ranking;
• permanent placement;
• a particular number of views;
• user enquiries;
• leads;
• bookings;
• sales;
• rentals; or
• other commercial outcomes.

CarSaudi may change search algorithms, ranking criteria, display formats, categories, or placement methods from time to time.

You must not use CarSaudi to:

1. commit fraud or facilitate unlawful activity;
2. impersonate another person, business, advertiser, or organisation;
3. submit false or misleading information;
4. publish duplicate, fake, unavailable, or deceptive vehicle listings;
5. harvest, scrape, crawl, copy, download, or systematically extract platform data without our written permission;
6. create databases or competing automotive-information services using CarSaudi content;
7. use automated bots or software to access or collect platform data without authorisation;
8. reverse engineer or attempt to discover the source code or technical architecture of the platform;
9. interfere with the operation, security, or availability of CarSaudi;
10. introduce viruses, malware, malicious scripts, or other harmful code;
11. attempt to access another user's account or restricted systems;
12. send spam, unsolicited marketing, bulk messages, or abusive communications;
13. use personal information obtained through CarSaudi unlawfully;
14. infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or other third-party rights;
15. manipulate views, clicks, enquiries, reviews, rankings, or other platform metrics;
16. use the platform for unlawful discrimination, harassment, threats, or abuse; or
17. use CarSaudi or its content to train, develop, test, or operate competing automated systems, datasets, models, or services without our written permission.

CarSaudi may take technical, legal, or account-level measures against prohibited activity.

Users and advertisers may submit text, photographs, videos, inspection reports, vehicle specs, documents, logos, reviews, comments, messages, vehicle information, and other material ("User Content").

You remain responsible for the User Content you submit.

By submitting User Content to CarSaudi, you represent and warrant that:

• you own the content or have sufficient rights and permissions to use it;
• the content does not infringe the rights of another person or organisation;
• you have obtained all necessary permissions for images, individuals, buildings, logos, trademarks, and other protected material;
• the content is not fraudulent, misleading, unlawful, defamatory, abusive, or obscene; and
• submitting the content to CarSaudi does not violate any agreement or legal obligation applicable to you.

You grant CarSaudi a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display, format, publish, distribute, adapt, modify, and use your User Content as reasonably necessary to operate, market, improve, protect, and provide the CarSaudi services.

This licence continues for as long as necessary for CarSaudi to exercise the rights required for the purposes described above, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

CarSaudi may remove, restrict, hide, edit, suspend, or disable access to any User Content or listing where we believe it:

• violates these Terms;
• violates applicable law;
• infringes third-party rights;
• is inaccurate or misleading;
• creates a safety or security concern;
• damages the integrity of the platform;
• appears fraudulent;
• is no longer relevant or available; or
• otherwise creates a risk to CarSaudi or its users.

We may take these actions with or without prior notice where reasonably necessary.

All intellectual property rights in CarSaudi, including its website, applications, software, design, branding, logos, trademarks, layout, interfaces, graphics, databases, compilations, text, photographs created by or for CarSaudi, reports, analytics, and platform functionality, belong to CarSaudi or its licensors unless otherwise stated.

You may access and use the platform for its intended purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You must not, without our prior written permission:

• copy or reproduce substantial portions of the platform;
• republish platform content;
• commercially exploit CarSaudi content;
• modify or create derivative works from the platform;
• remove copyright, trademark, or ownership notices;
• reproduce our visual design or branding in a misleading manner;
• use our trademarks or logos without permission; or
• sell, license, redistribute, or commercially exploit our data.

Third-party trademarks, logos, photographs, and other materials remain the property of their respective owners.

Where CarSaudi allows users to submit reviews, ratings, comments, or other feedback, such content must be genuine and based on the user's actual experience.

Users must not:

• submit fake reviews;
• create multiple accounts to manipulate ratings;
• offer or request payment in exchange for reviews;
• post defamatory or abusive content;
• threaten or blackmail another party through reviews; or
• knowingly publish false information.

CarSaudi may moderate, edit, restrict, or remove reviews and ratings that violate these Terms or applicable law.

CarSaudi may integrate or link to third-party services, including mapping providers, payment providers, analytics services, authentication providers, messaging services, hosting providers, advertising services, and social-media platforms.

Third-party services may operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

CarSaudi does not control and is not responsible for third-party services, content, availability, security, policies, or actions unless expressly stated otherwise.

Your use of a third-party service is subject to the terms and policies of that third party.

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using CarSaudi, you acknowledge that we may process information required to:

• create and manage accounts;
• provide automotive and platform services;
• process enquiries;
• communicate with users and advertisers;
• provide customer support;
• prevent fraud and abuse;
• maintain security;
• improve the platform;
• analyse usage and performance;
• provide relevant services and communications; and
• comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

Where you receive personal information about another person through CarSaudi, you must handle that information responsibly and only for lawful and legitimate purposes.

You must not use personal information obtained through the platform for spam, unauthorised marketing, data harvesting, profiling, resale, or other unlawful purposes.

CarSaudi may use automated systems, artificial intelligence, machine-learning technologies, recommendation systems, or other automated tools to support features such as:

• vehicle discovery;
• search;
• recommendations;
• vehicle summaries;
• categorisation;
• content moderation;
• data analysis; and
• customer support.

Automated outputs may contain errors, omissions, outdated information, or inaccurate interpretations.

AI-generated or automated information should not be treated as legal, financial, investment, valuation, or professional advice.

Users should independently verify important information before relying on it.

We aim to keep CarSaudi available and functioning reliably, but we do not guarantee that the platform will always be:

• available;
• uninterrupted;
• secure;
• error-free;
• free from bugs or harmful components;
• compatible with every device or browser; or
• available at every location or time.

The platform may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, technical failures, network issues, cybersecurity events, third-party failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of the platform or any feature at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CarSaudi provides the platform and its content on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We do not warrant or guarantee:

• the accuracy or completeness of vehicle listings;
• the availability of any vehicle;
• the ownership or legal title/registration of any vehicle;
• the authority or qualifications of any advertiser;
• the mechanical condition, mileage, or quality of any vehicle;
• the accuracy of prices or measurements;
• the outcome of any transaction;
• the reliability of information supplied by third parties;
• that every listing has been independently verified;
• uninterrupted access to the platform; or
• that the platform will meet every user's particular requirements.

Nothing on CarSaudi should be interpreted as professional legal, financial, investment, vehicle valuation, mechanical inspection, or tax advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CarSaudi, its owners, affiliates, employees, directors, officers, contractors, service providers, and licensors will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive losses arising from or related to:

• your use or inability to use the platform;
• reliance on vehicle listings or third-party information;
• communications with advertisers or users;
• vehicle transactions;
• loss of profits or business;
• loss of opportunities;
• loss of data;
• reputational damage;
• technical failures;
• unauthorised access caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control; or
• actions or omissions of third parties.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Where liability cannot be excluded and a limitation is legally permitted, CarSaudi's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

You agree, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to indemnify and hold harmless CarSaudi and its owners, affiliates, employees, officers, contractors, service providers, and licensors from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from:

• your breach of these Terms;
• your violation of applicable laws;
• your User Content;
• your vehicle listings;
• your misuse of the platform;
• your infringement of another person's rights; or
• any transaction or dispute between you and another user, advertiser, buyer, seller, dealership, or showroom.

CarSaudi may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account or access to the platform where we reasonably believe that:

• you violated these Terms;
• you provided false or misleading information;
• you engaged in fraudulent activity;
• your activity creates a security risk;
• your listing or conduct may violate applicable law;
• you misuse the platform;
• you interfere with platform operations;
• you fail to pay applicable fees; or
• suspension or termination is reasonably necessary to protect CarSaudi or other users.

We may also remove or restrict access to specific features without terminating the entire account.

Termination does not affect rights or obligations that arose before termination or that are intended to survive termination.

If you believe that a vehicle listing is fraudulent, misleading, unauthorised, inappropriate, or otherwise violates these Terms, you should report it to CarSaudi through the available reporting or contact channels.

When reporting a listing, you should provide sufficient information to allow us to investigate the matter.

CarSaudi may investigate reports and take any action it considers appropriate, including requesting supporting documents, contacting the advertiser, restricting the listing, or removing the listing.

A report does not guarantee that CarSaudi will remove a listing.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our services, technology, business practices, or legal requirements.

When we update these Terms, we may publish the revised version on the website and update the "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of CarSaudi after the updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Where a material change requires additional notice under applicable law, we will provide that notice using an appropriate method.

These Terms and your use of CarSaudi shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, unless applicable mandatory law provides otherwise.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of CarSaudi shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, unless the parties are legally entitled to agree otherwise.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent or interim relief where legally available.

CarSaudi may make these Terms available in more than one language.

Where multiple language versions are provided, the version designated by CarSaudi as the controlling legal version shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be interpreted or modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable where legally possible.

The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

If CarSaudi does not immediately enforce any provision of these Terms, that does not mean that CarSaudi has waived its right to enforce that provision later.

Any waiver must be expressly made by CarSaudi to be effective.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms expressly incorporated into them, constitute the agreement between you and CarSaudi concerning your use of the platform, except where a separate written commercial agreement applies.

Where a separate written agreement is entered into between CarSaudi and an advertiser, agency, developer, or other commercial customer, that agreement will govern the matters specifically covered by it to the extent of any conflict.
